With the summer rolling in full swing, the sun is out and the heat is on... Coach Adam Mills from Source Endurance is here to provide you with some tips and the skills to manage your training while the heat index is high.  This webinar is loaded with some great content for all club sport disciplines, and includes content such as hydration, which is not something you can fool around with--especially as an endurance athlete.  Heat stroke, people DIE every year from it...we almost lost two of our teammates in 2015 due to inadequate hydration.
